Heart Walk

I survived the heart walk! :-) The walk itself wasn't bad other than having to go slow and a few minor cramps. The rest of weekend my calves were stiff and sore, but not like they were after Disneyland. The good news is that I slept through the night (no cramping) Sat. and Sun. nights. Sat. night I took advil before going to bed; I don't know if it helps but took it anyway. I didn't take anything Sun. night though and had just as good of a night!
